Terms of Service — Emza Global Matrimony

By using Emza Global Matrimony ("the Platform"), you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

This platform is exclusively for Muslim families from Telangana, India, or Telangana-origin Muslims living in the Gulf or abroad
Users must be 18 years or older
One mobile number = one account only

2. Profile Guidelines

All profile information must be accurate and truthful
Profiles are reviewed by Emza Global before going live
False information may result in permanent removal
You may create profiles for immediate family members

3. Privacy & Contact Protection

You agree that your contact details will NOT be shown publicly
Contact is shared only after both families confirm interest through Emza Global
You must not misuse any contact information received through the platform

4. Prohibited Activities

Creating fake or misleading profiles
Contacting other users directly by finding their details
Sharing screenshots or profiles without consent
Using the platform for any purpose other than matrimony

5. Subscription

Subscription amount paid directly to Emza Global via WhatsApp
Subscription is not auto-renewed without your confirmation
Emza Global reserves the right to change pricing with notice

6. Termination

Emza Global may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer — Our Role

Emza Global Matrimony acts only as a matrimonial introduction and profile-sharing platform. The information, biodata, marital status, educational details, family details, and other particulars are provided directly by the respective individuals or families.

We do not independently verify every statement or claim made in profiles. Families and candidates are strongly advised to conduct their own independent inquiries, background verification, and mutual discussions before proceeding with any matrimonial decision. This includes verification of:

Marital status, existing marriage(s), divorce status, second marriage details
Education and employment
Family background
Legal matters and personal information

Emza Global Matrimony shall not be held responsible for any misrepresentation, concealment, or false information provided by users or their families.

8. No Guarantee of Match

We provide a platform to facilitate introductions only. We do not guarantee successful matches, marriage outcomes, or compatibility between profiles. Decisions to proceed with marriage are entirely at the discretion of the individuals and families involved.

9. Communication Outside Platform

Once contact details are shared between interested parties, all communication, meetings, and discussions occur directly between the families and individuals. Emza Global Matrimony does not monitor, mediate, or take responsibility for any conversations, behavior, or actions that occur outside our platform.

10. Fraud and Scam Warning

Members are advised to remain cautious of fraudulent profiles, financial scams, emotional manipulation, or extortion attempts. Never share bank account details, OTPs, passwords, or transfer money to anyone met through our platform. Emza Global Matrimony will never ask for payments outside official channels.

11. Photos and Media Rights

By submitting photos or other media, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the submitted media or have authorization from the rightful owner
You grant Emza Global Matrimony permission to display the media on emzaglobal.in for matchmaking purposes
You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us

12. Reporting Misconduct

If you encounter suspicious profiles, harassment, fraud, or any misconduct, please report it immediately to hello@emzaglobal.in or WhatsApp +91 7396091171. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

13. Intermediary Status

Emza Global Matrimony operates as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We take reasonable measures to comply with applicable laws but are not liable for content provided by third-party users.

14. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Emza Global Matrimony, its founders, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, emotional, financial, or consequential damages arising from:

The use of our services or interactions facilitated through our platform
False or misleading information provided by users
Failure to find a suitable match
Actions or behavior of other users on or off the platform
Service interruptions or technical failures

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Emza Global Matrimony harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, false information you provide, or your interactions with other users.

16. Force Majeure

Emza Global Matrimony shall not be liable for failure to perform our services due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or pandemics.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via WhatsApp to active profile families.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Acknowledgment

By using Emza Global Matrimony services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy in full.
