All subscription payments are made directly to Emza Global Matrimony via WhatsApp (UPI / bank transfer / other agreed methods). There is no automatic billing or auto-renewal. Subscription fees are charged for our matchmaking facilitation, profile-curation, and WhatsApp group service — not for guaranteed matrimonial outcomes.
As part of our service, Emza Global Matrimony operates private WhatsApp groups where curated matrimonial profiles are shared with subscribed members. By making a payment, you understand and agree that:
The WhatsApp group service is a core part of our offering and begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
Once your profile is uploaded on emzaglobal.in, OR you have been added to any Emza Global WhatsApp group, OR your profile has been shared with any interested family — no refund will be issued under any circumstance.
This is because service delivery involves significant work on our side, including:
Once any of these services have been initiated, the subscription is considered fully utilised.
Refunds may be considered only if ALL the following conditions are met:
If all five conditions are met, a full refund will be processed after deducting any applicable bank/payment gateway charges.
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
If a technical error has caused duplicate payment, incorrect amount, or payment that did not result in service delivery, you will receive a full refund of the erroneous amount. Please report such errors within 7 days of payment with transaction proof.

We will respond within 48 hours and confirm whether the request is eligible.
In rare cases involving genuine emergencies (medical emergencies, family bereavement supported by documentation), partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion. Such requests must be made in writing with supporting documentation. This is not a guarantee — it is a goodwill provision only.
Temporary website downtime, WhatsApp service issues, or brief unavailability do not qualify for refunds. Our service is primarily delivered through personal communication, WhatsApp groups, and ongoing matchmaking efforts — not solely through the website.
By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that Emza Global Matrimony provides a matchmaking introduction service and does NOT guarantee:
Refunds will not be issued based on unmet expectations of matrimonial outcomes.
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter in writing to hello@emzaglobal.in. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Emza Global Matrimony reserves the full and exclusive right to modify, update, or change this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Such changes may include but are not limited to:

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active members via WhatsApp.
By making a payment to Emza Global Matrimony, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full, including the WhatsApp group service terms and our right to modify the policy.
