We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Contact details are shared ONLY between interested families after mutual confirmation — through Emza Global, not publicly.

6. WhatsApp Consent Process

Before any profile is uploaded to our website, we obtain explicit consent from the profile owner or their family through WhatsApp. This includes:

Permission to display the profile preview on emzaglobal.in
Permission to share Wali/guardian contact with interested, screened families
Confirmation that all information provided is true and accurate

We retain your profile information only as long as it is necessary for matrimonial purposes:

Active profiles: kept until you request removal or confirm marriage

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or display information about minors. If you believe a minor's information has been shared without authorization, please contact us immediately.
